After five years of intensive work, the tdAcademy project is celebrating its successful conclusion. The tdAcademy team investigated how transdisciplinary research can be well organized. In addition to conducting research, a central goal of the tdAcademy was to promote and connect transdisciplinary researchers as well as interested parties. An online hub was set up for this purpose, establishing itself as an important contact point for transdisciplinarity.

We cordially invite you to discuss the results of our work with us and to actively shape the future of transdisciplinary research. The conference will focus on the following topics:

  • Context-sensitive design of research formats and methods
  • Social and scientific effects of transdisciplinary projects
  • Perspectives on the institutionalization of transdisciplinarity in the German-speaking academic system

The conference is aimed towards transdisciplinary and participatory researchers, funding institutions and anyone interested in the further development of transdisciplinary research. Participation should be of particular interest to members of the Society for Transdisciplinary and Participatory Research e.V. (GTPF) in order to further strengthen exchange and cooperation within the community.
