In recent years, different formats and methods of cooperation between science and practice have emerged in transdisciplinary research. The choice of format and methods influences the intensity of the collaboration. What should be considered in the context-sensitive selection and adaptation of formats and methods? This question is at core of the workshop, which is aimed at both researchers and practitioners in transdisciplinary projects.
Program:
- Overview of innovative formats and methods in transdisciplinary research projects with a focus on the formats real-world labs, 10 steps, Theory of Change, Transmente and artistic approaches.
- Presentation and discussion of examples of application regarding the suitability for and adaptation of the formats and methods to the respective context.
- Exchange of experiences and exercises based on questions and case studies brought in by the participants for the selection of formats or for the development of methodological approaches.
